Hello!
My name is Natasha. I am 27. I am a single mother. My daughter is 6 years old and she suffers from diabetes. I bring up my daughter by myself and we survive on my disability pension.
In 2006 I got sick with acute myelomonoblastic leukemia. After completing chemotherapy, I achieved remission that lasted 4 years. In February 2010 I had a relapse. Currently I am on maintenance chemotherapy in Hematology Unit in Petrozavodsk. As I was told, aside from bone marrow transplantation from an unrelated donor, I have no chances to live. I have no siblings who could be donors. The donor search at the international registry and delivery of transplant require money: 17,500 euros. I do not have this much money. This is why I am asking everyone to help me raise this amount.
I would like to thank everyone who responds in advance! Thank you for your attention and for not leaving me and my daughter to deal with this problem alone.

Respectfully,
Natalia Kovaleva

Update as of September 11, 2011. Natasha is already in St. Petersburg, bone marrow sampling is scheduled for September 12 and transplantation itself will be performed on September 29. The registry has not been paid yet. The funds for transplant delivery have been raised.

Update as of October 31, 2011. Natalia recovered fully after transplantation, but she has a serious infectious complication: meningoencephalitis with unclear etiology. She receives antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal therapies of wide spectrum.

Update as of February 6, 2012. I am now at home. I continue taking Vfend and feel well. I am in remission. I am very grateful to everyone who is helping with paying for Vfend!
Natalia

Update as of February 23, 2012. Natalia came to St. Petersburg for a follow-up examination. She is feeling fine, with no signs of a GVH reaction.

Update as of April 20, 2012. Natasha did control tests and went home. The test results are good. Based on control puncture, Natasha is in complete remission. The only concern is that she weighs only 42 kg and still cannot gain weight. Natasha continues to take Vfend.
