Hello!
I am Artem Kalnitsky's mom. He is 1 year old. My little boy was
diagnosed with Stage I Wilms' tumor of right kidney. We found out
about it by accident. It was a shock that did not last very long,
to be honest. Immediately, our thought concentrated on saving our boy.
On September 24th we were admitted to the hospital No.31 on Dynamo
prospect, bldg.3. After the tests, Artem started the first round of
chemotherapy. Afterwards, we went home where Artem's father and
older brother were waiting for us.
After the first chemotherapy round, Artem has an operation to remove
the tumor and a part of his right kidney. The surgery is now in the
past, and part of our fears along with it. Ahead of us are
several rounds of chemotherapy. We are hoping that we will get
through them. And all our troubles will be left behind.
We need financial help with paying for the tests!
Stanislava, Artem's mom
